Market Signal Alerts stores only the information needed to provide accounts, favorites, alert rules, and notifications.
Information We Collect
- Account details: name, email address, verification status, and a securely hashed password.
- User content: saved favorites, alert rules, push device subscriptions, and recent alert history.
- Usage data needed to run the service: session cookies, device/user-agent details for push subscriptions, and server logs.
- Search text entered into LLM topic search. When LLM search is enabled, the search text and a compact market catalog are sent to the configured AI provider to find relevant markets.
How We Use Information
- To create and secure your account.
- To send verification emails and alert notifications.
- To keep favorites, alert rules, and recent hits scoped to your account.
- To improve reliability, troubleshoot errors, and protect the service.
Third-Party Services
The app may use Render for hosting, Neon for database storage, Brevo/SMTP/Resend for verification emails, Apple Push Notification service and Web Push for notifications, OpenAI for LLM search, and public market data from Polymarket and Kalshi.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data is shared with service providers only as needed to operate accounts, email verification, search, storage, and notifications.
Retention and Deletion
Favorites, rules, push devices, and recent alert hits remain in your account until deleted or until the account/service data is removed. You can delete saved rules and recent hits inside the app.
